Gold Commodity trading
1. Let the GOLD do much more for you than just SHINE !!!
An interesting fact about Gold is that it is been classified as a “Commodity” by market which has
interestingly resulted in long-term investments by the investors.
Before we move on to the benefits of Gold been traded as a commodity, lets understand what is
Commodity?
Well commodity is
“things of value, of uniform quality, that were produced in large quantities by many different
producers; the items from each different producer are considered equivalent.”(Wikipedia)
Well commodity is just not the definate word! It is sub divided into two catergories i.e. Agricultural
commodity and Industrial Commodity.
Now for the purpose of this article lets focus only on GOLD.
GOLD is catergorized under industrial metal commodity.
What is Gold exactly?
Gold is considered to be a metal but it is different from those like copper, zinc, nickel.
Now, why Gold is different from these metals?
Let us look at the fundamental constraints. When we look at the non-gold industrial metal
commodities, the common denominator among them is—they all are mainly used in industries. For
example, copper is used for electrical wiring, iron is used for making steel etc. That is, they are the
raw materials or primary materials which are used in producing a secondary material.
Gold, on the other hand, is different. When we go through the human history we find that gold had
always been used as either as money or as a store of wealth. Therefore, the common denominator
among the non-gold metals does not apply to gold.
Now, lets underline the benefits of trading on Gold as a commodity:
trading in Gold is benefiacial for both long-term investments and short-term investments
you can keep within your risk threshold using including limit orders, take profits, stop losses,
trailing stops, and personalized leverage.
you can take the advantage of real-time prices with nominal gold spreads to speculate on the price
movements of gold relative to either the U.S. dollar or Japanese yen.
So, therefore we should invest on Gold fruitfully and wisely and donot use Gold just as apiece of
ornament!!
