This document provides steps to import data from an Access database into Excel: 1) Click Data and select Import External Data, then New Database Query; 2) Select MS Access Database and the database file (e.g. Northwind.mdb); 3) Choose the data to import such as fields from the Customers table; 4) Apply filters if desired, such as importing only records where the contact name starts with "m"; 5) Select the starting Excel cell and import the filtered, sorted data.
