Cornwall Works for Social Enterprise is a program that provides training and support to unemployed individuals to help them find employment. It is a partnership between Cornwall Council and several other organizations. The program aims to support over 1500 people into jobs or self-employment. It offers an array of services including training, work placements, support developing social enterprises, and engaging with employers to match participants' skills with open positions. The program has helped many participants gain qualifications and jobs in industries such as cooking, recycling, and advice work.
