T.A.P. = Task Alignment Process
Managing priorities at work is a daily challenge that we all face.
TAP Mapping a simple tool that allows you to plot the activities you
need to accomplish and get a visual sense of task priorities in terms
of most-to-least importance.
How to Use:
Consider the relative value of each task. Is it of high or low
importance? Is it of high or low critical urgency?
Remember to differentiate between critical and
important: Critical items have a due date approaching
and Important items have significant impact.
Assign each task a value 1-6 based on the level of
importance and criticalness. Place the item in the grid and
move it necessary. We suggest that you use Sticky Notes to
move projects into their correct areas.
