AND…

6. A new “person” is created & populated in Batchbook.

7. When we’ve reached an agreement with client about terms,
we generate & send a Letter of Agreement (Mail stationery).

8. Client clicks on link at bottom of L of A & fills out VO Job Sheet

9. VO Job Sheet populates a “New VO Job Sheet” in Batchbook, and
we put the job on our white board.

10. We record the job
and send it to the client.

11. We invoice client through Freshbooks (still no paper!)
