Miami, FL - June 9, 2009 - Todobebé, Inc, the leading multi-media company dedicated
to the adventures of parenting, announced today that its popular weekly TV Show ¡Viva
la Familia! de Todobebéquot; is moving with Televisa to Canal de las Estrellas (Channel 2),
the number one broadcast TV network in México beginning July 4th.

Viva La Familia de Todobebé first began airing in México in November 2008 via
Televisa's popular cable channel Unicable; a wave of audience requests combined with
the demand from advertisers led to the move to Canal de las Estrellas.

Dedicated to the adventures of parenting, and to making dreams come true for families
in need, the popular one hour weekly show has been airing in the United States on the
Univision Network since July of 2008. The show is hosted by México's own beloved
novela star Aracely Arambula, who is also the mother of two children with superstar,
Luis Miguel, winner of five Grammy Awards and four Latin Grammy Awards, and
Jeannette Kaplun, Todobebé's own author, co-founder and Chief Editor. Famous guest
appearances on the episodes airing in 2009 include: Juanes, Ana Bárbara, Eduardo,
Tigres del Norte, Gaby Spanic, Talina Fernández, Victoria Ruffo, Pepe Aguilar, Leticia
Calderón and more.

Todobebé's website properties in México receive over 2 million visits annually by moms
expecting and raising children, and its parenting email newsletters have an annual
distribution of over 1 million in México. In 2003, after being nominated for several
digital awards in México, Todobebé launched radio shows that became the #1 rated
