The company

•   IMC is a Swiss privately‐owned company run by its founder since 2004. IMC
    operates with a boutique style and aims to create true partnerships, value and 
    satisfaction. Transparency, fairness, quality, ethics and performance are our 
    guidelines. 

•   Our clients are mostly national and international operating companies 
    between 250‐1000 hcts.. We work also for multinational companies, as well as 
    for SMBs. Currently we have over 600 active served clients in our network.

•   We support our business clients with a focus on delivering services in the 
    areas of Executive Search, Human Capital Management, Interim Management, 
    Integral Management Consultancy and Merger & Acquisitions.

•   We operate with *83 Partners and Consultants  in *33 Countries:

Based in Switzerland, IMC is an established consultancy business, now leading a global consultancy 
network organization focused on supporting clients across five core product lines; Merger & 
Acquisitions, Executive Search, Human Capital Management, Executive Interim Management and 
Management Consultancy.

IMC provides comprehensive integral consultancy services to clients from mid scale enterprises to 
multinational organizations, with our network of associate partners providing skills and resources 
across SME and start up environments. The pluses in our logo are more than an icon; they represent a

Your profile
Preconditions for joining the corporation
1. You will work independently with your own company , invoicing your clients 
2. You provide at least 3 case mandates and references
3. You submit / register the application form
4. You have to be accepted by the senior management
5. You sign off the cooperation contract and pay the membership quote 

Your profile
1. You have a minimum of 10 years experience as a senior manager and three years as a
2. management consultant or interim manager
3. You have higher education at MBA or equivalent level
4. You already have an active network
5. You like to work independently, but seek an efficient, professional, collegial international 
   corporation
6. You have high business ethics
7. You have at least three excellent recommendations
8. You are an expert in one or in some of IMC positioning offers as Human Capital, Interim 
   Management, Management Consultancy or Mergers & Acquisitions
