NETTAB 2012 will be held in mid-November 2012 in Como, Italy. The workshop will focus on integrated bio-search, which involves comprehensively searching, retrieving, and integrating heterogeneous data, services, instruments, and approaches to answer complex biomedical molecular questions. Como is the site for the workshop because it is the major external site of Politecnico di Milano. The historic city of Como is beautifully situated on Lake Como and features many interesting sites to visit. Important deadlines for the workshop include the opening of the scientific committee in January 2011 and submissions for oral communications and posters in June and September 2012, respectively.

The historic centre is located inside the ancient city walls where there
are many shops and boutiques, and plenty of cafes for you to rest, enjoy
the view and have a well earned refreshment.
Today Como is a dynamic business city with an important history in
textile (silk).
Along the lake shores, a number of wonderful villages and villas can be
reached by bus or boat. Among them, Bellagio, Tremezzo, Cernobbio,
villa Balbianello, villa Carlotta, villa Melzi.
