        database containing data related to
        Program results across Regions, Districts,
        Communes, and Fokontany (Community)

 Produce thematic maps showing Program
results, their geographic location, and the
linkages between them to facilitate the
process of drawing conclusions and decision

The dashboard aids members of the technical
      team to:
 Understand the trimestral evolution of
obtained results according to key indicators
 Identify and capitalize best practices based
on high rates of success over the course of a
      determined time period
 Identify and analyze the constraints or
      obstacles to achieving certain results
 Reflect on the future actions to be taken to
      improve results
3. SALOHI–Dashboard : Key elements Dashboard

 Monitoring of the implementation of
       activities: Completion rates of planned
       activities
 Monitoring of immediate results: Success
rates of results by key indicators
      Monitoring of financial performance:
       Rates of financial performance by
       SALOHI budget category
3. SALOHI–Dashboard : Process of updating Dashboard

 Monitoring of the  Frequency:
      implementation of activities: quarterly
Using reports and DIPs from  Sources of data:
