• Missouri Regional Certification Committee
(MRCC) which is the Unified Certification
Program. The MRCC includes firms who have DBE certification
with MoDOT, St. Louis Lambert Airport Authority, Metro, City of
Kansas City, and Kansas City Area Transportation Authority.
• There is a compiled DBE Directory of the MRCC
on MoDOT’s Website.

Workforce Diversity
– 2 On The Job Training each 1,000 hours (Concrete & Electrical)
– The DOL Federal Workforce Goals for St. Louis City is 14.7% Minority and
