1. Thinking - In Journal (Closed Computer)

2. Get Clear
a. Collect loose paper, notes and hPDA.
b. Bring email inboxes to zero.
c. Bring computer INBOX to zero.
d. Bring EverNote inbox to zero.
e. Bring Downloads folder to zero.
f. Bring Voicemail and texts to zero.
g. Bring twitter inboxes to zero.
h. Empty head onto paper
i. Projects unfinished and not started.
ii. Completed projects, clean up.
iii. Promises made.
iv. Research to do.
v. Events and meetings.
vi. Finances & bills.
vii. Relationships.
viii. Calendar: previous & upcoming.
ix. Anything else.
i. Bring physical inbox to zero.
j. Bring OmniFocus Inbox to zero.
3. Get Current
a. Work through OmniFocus projects for review, checking physical and virtual project
folders.
b. Review “Due Soon” items.
c. Review Waiting For List.
4. Get Creative
a. Run over Someday/Maybe lists.
b. Think creatively, add to system.
c. Update Moleskin projects lists & support.
5. Closing Work
a. Empty Finder Trash.
b. Software Update.
c. Sync iPhone through iTunes and OmniFocus.
d. Set Date & Time for next Weekly Review.
e. Tidy up room & Office, polish desk etc.
f. Cup of Tea & a Smoke.
