1: Pharmaceutical Giants that are suing South African government
because of generic products being sold without the license being
expired or giving Money to the pharmacies.
2: Paying a fee and the amount of research money that was used.
3: Solving worldwide poverty and health issues.
3: In order to solve poverty and health issues we need to fix the
overpopulation problem and choose noble state leaders.
2: The government can buy the license or think of another solution with
the generic products companies.

I. The problem there is in South Africa with HIV medicines and
the failure to follow the UN trip agreement.
II. Pharmaceutical Companies
A) Are mad because there license has not expired and the
lost a huge amount of money.
B) The demand money for their intellectual property and
respect of the UN agreement.
III. South African Government.
a) The claim they have no money to pay and refuse to agree
to another solution.

I will be writing about the issue the world is going through involving
pharmaceutical companies and the South African government, It is
important to write about this issue so you can be informed and form
and opinion about it. Basically South African government claims to
have no money to pay and the pharmacies want a huge profit and
they do not respect the UN agreement, The problem consists on
pharmacies suing the government because the completely broke the
TRIP agreement policies and have no tolerance level. There is many
different point of view you may be against or believe someone is right
but the world function according to laws and when people starts
breaking those laws is when problems become worldwide issues. The
government claims they have no money and that it is a human right to
have medicines available for you, but they should reach some type of
agreement maybe involving the generic companies profit and working
out a solution. If the government comes to an agreement with the
United Nations and the companies; there will be a solution. For example
if the generic companies agree to pay a fine to the pharmaceutical
ones at the price that is already established in the agreement or they
could give part of the generic company to the pharmaceutical
companies with all rights. This is a short term solution because
eventually another problem just like this one will raise somewhere else in
the world. The complete salutation would be to achieve the millennium
goal and just make a better world. We would have to eliminate these
diseases by starting to follow rules and making sure everyone those their
job correctly. This would fix the whole problem because the main issue
comes from lack of money, partnership and most important HIV/Aids

starting by going green in what you can and always giving 100%. In
conclusion there is a very big problem that has been going on for too
much time and as each day passes by they loose more money on the
case and get to no conclusion. In order for this problem to be solved
we need cooperation from all the head state leaders and to satisfy
what everybody is asking for with conditions and sacrifices.
