Additional Building Description/ Comments
MLS discibes home as "triplewide home with approx.2816 sq ft.on permanent foundation". This is factually inaccurate, the mobile
home rests on concrete blocks, not a permanenet foundation. There is decorative stone around the bottom of the home which looks
very much like a stone foundation but this is purely asthetics in nature.
Note: red boxes throughout this report indicating damage or items marked as needing repair may result in further damage or may
present a health or safety hazard if not repaired.

Notes/ Special Instructions
I am proud of my service, and trust that you will be happy with the quality of my report. I have made every effort to provideyou with an accurate assessment of the
condition of the property and its components and to alert you to any significant defects or adverse conditions. However, I may not have tested every outlet, and
opened every window and door, or identified every problem. Also because my inspection is essentiallyvisual, latent defects could exist. I cannot see behind walls.
Therefore, you should not regard my inspection as a guarantee or warranty. It is simply a report on the general condition of a property at a given point in time. As a
homeowner you should expect problems to occur. Roofs will leak, basements may have water problems, and systems fail without warning. I cannot predict future
events. For these reasons, you should keep a comprehensive insurance policy current. This report is only supplemental to a seller's disclosure.
