What about the Web? 87% of home buyers who used the Internet to search for a home purchased through a real estate agent 72% of non-Internet users who were more likely to purchase without a real estate agent. The buyers and sellers you want are on the internet.
Doesn’t Matter Who You Ask: When Buyers were asked where they first learned about the home they purchased.  34 percent said a real estate agent 32 percent said the Internet  3 percent a print or newspaper ad  1 percent a home book or magazine NAR – Homebuyer Buyer Report 2008
