 Make sure you are on a computer with an
Internet connection.
 Go to www.sturgisps.org
 I did and now I can’t find the website window
 Choose “Sign In”

 If your keyboard has a Windows button
 Push it and your menu bar will come up on your
computer
 If your keyboard DOES NOT have a Windows button.
 Move your mouse around the lower left
corner of the slide show until this image
appears.
 Choose Screen and then
Switch Programs
 Once the menu bar is open on your
screen you can choose the missing window

 Fillin your “sign-in” Name and Password and
choose sign in
 Your “sign-in” name may be different from
you school user name.
 If you have forgotten your sign in information
choose that button, wait a few minutes
check your school email and the sign in
information will be there.

link is Inactive check
the box to make it

 Scroll down and

 Moving around your calendar:
These tabs allow you to move back and forth
between where you can change the calendar
and what your website will look like.
These buttons will change the day view of
your calendar
This button will show the school assigned
colors for different activities. You will
choose the colors under event category.
These tabs allow you to create an event
and move back to the calendar screen.

 Create an event: Click on the New Event tab

information. Then
choose save.

 Short cut to enter a Quick Event: (This has fewer
options)
 When looking at the full month calendar
double click on an empty day.

information. Then
choose save.

or Delete an event: Put the mouse
cursor over an already created event.
 ChooseEdit or Delete and either change the
information or ok the deletion.

Contact and Location: If you are Attachments: If you need to

 Close the Site Manager
window.
 Find your teacher website
again. I need help with this.
(You do not have to be logged in
anymore, but it will not hurt if you
are.)
 On the side of your site
there should be a class
calendar option. Click on it.
It is not there.

 Under your Site Manager scroll down to class
calendar
 Ifthe Class Calendar link is Inactive check the
box to make it Active. This will make it be an
option on your website.
