Knowledge of the brain and mind sits behind our unique assessment tools. These tools can be used at the organisational and personal level to assess the effectiveness of performance within each section of the Dux methodology model (shown below).
Assessments in any or all of these areas provide our clients the opportunity to identify sustainable, cultural improvement solutions.
Similarly, organisations can utilise these assessment tools to identify and adapt their existing operating systems and strategies to be more psychologically congruent.
