2. Introduction Timetronix desk software is useful for recording time attendance of the employees. This software is suitable for the small as well as large size companies TimeTRONIX desk software provides easy to use time attendance reports which are used for daily routines in the company. The reports mainly comes into daily reports as well as monthly reports. In daily reports user can keep a track of employee wise, shift wise, company wise, department wise reports In monthly reports we have included who is in report through which management can check employees attendance during office start time also.
3. This is the icon for Time Attendance software. Make double click on this icon to start software 1 2 After double click is made, this screen will get displayed. Click on Go button to continue with the software. In order to register your copy click on “Enter serial key” button.
4. In this screen click on login button to continue with the software 3 4 Click on next button to continue with wizard
5. In this screen Enter company name, password and then click on next button. 5 6 In this screen enter department name and then click on next button
6. In this screen Enter designation name and then click on next button. 7 8 In this screen enter shift name, select start time, end time, select lunch time, select overtime and then click on down arrow button to save information. Click on next button to continue with the wizard

In this screen Enter Holiday name select its type, select date and then click on down arrow key button to save information and then click on next button. 9 10 In this screen enter id, first name, last name, select designation, department, shift name and then click on down arrow key button to save details and then click on next button to continue with wizard
8. In this screen click on finish button to complete wizard 11 12 In this screen enter user id length depending upon the user id digits.
9. In this screen by default password is selected. 13 14 In this screen enter STD, ISD, Telephone length code. According to this information user can set fields for phone in company master
10. In this dialog box select report type according to requirement. User can select MS Excel / CSV (Text) format for report generation. 15 16 In this screen select appropriate product according to criteria. For BAT S 100
11. Go to the company master and there click on BioEnable name then user will get modify button enabled on menu bar. Click on modify button to modify name of company. Enter the details of new company and click on save button. The after that close whole application and make login in the new company which you have created right now 17 18 In this screen fill out the necessary details. Provide grace minutes for early punches as well as late punches of the employees. Note that 23 hours shift can be defined including grace + OT + lunch
12. Click on the designation master. There create new designation for employee and click on save button 19 20 In this screen enter any new department for employee and click on save button
13. Click on the User management option in the tree and click on the new button to enroll new user in the software 21 22 In this screen enter same emp id with which user is registered in Biodesk/ FRT/ NAC/ Timescan. After entering same emp id press TAB key from keyboard. If Biodesk is used with this software then it will automatically fetch all the details inclusing(finger/ password) in this software. If you are using any other device then select authentication type as password for registration
14. In this screen select the finger user wants to enroll. Click on the circle above finger to select the respective finger. Put respective finger on scanner 23 24 In this screen put first finger over scanner then remove it and place the same finger over scanner again. If authentication type is selected as finger then follow steps mentioned from slide 15 to 20 For which user needs to connect scanner to PC. If he don’t have scanner then he can skip these steps
15. If both finger get matched then it will successfully accept finger 25 26 If finger will not get matched then following screen will get appear.
16. After successful verification circle above respective finger change its color to pink 27 28 After successful registration this screen will get displayed.
17. 29 30 In this screen administrator can create new software users so that users can assign administrator rights to other user. In the access leval assign respective right and click on save button In this screen enter holiday name, select its type, select date and click on save button
18. 31 32 In this screen enter pay type for the leave and click on save button to save record In this screen select to whom leave should be given in “leave to” box Select it’s type, date and click on save button
19. 33 In this screen select the employees to whom leaves should be given, and in the no of leaves box enter total no of leaves and then click on leave assign button to assign leaves to employees
20. In this screen select From date and To date for processing. If User has installed Time attendance software with Biodesk (as combined setup) then he should click on “Use current database option” otherwise select appropriate path and click on process button 34 For NAC 3000 unit select From Date and To date for processing, select path of Nitgendbac.mdb and click on process button 35

In this screen select From date and To date for processing and uncheck settings for “Use current database” Select “Fppayroll.mdb” file which is located on FRT and click on process button 36 After this process will get over User can click on “Reports” option which get displayed in menu tree and they can see the reports for the dates given for processing
22. Click on shift master in the tree. In that click on shift change tab. In this screen enter the days for rotation of shifts and click on save button 37 In this screen select particular shift name and click on >> button to assign shifts in rotation and click on checkbox against employee to assign rotation. Also select dates for rotation. 38 Note: These are the additional settings for shift Rotation. So if user wants to register employees in shift rotation then they can use the settings mentioned below
23. If user wants to give off after first rotation then he can select the day and click on save button 39 So what is the use of LOG MANAGEMENT in this whole application? Ans: Sometimes clients will get report but in that they will not get Time out / Date out. So the main reason for this is that either they have not selected correct database for processing or they have made invalid (odd) punches. What is meaning of odd punches? Ans: For any Time attendance software valid punches are required. Suppose you have generated 3 transactions that means these are invalid one. So for all these invalid punches user can see Exception report after processing logs. So through log management he can add new logs so that correct report with valid punches will get generated.
24. 40 This screen is used for correcting invalid logs. Select particular date and click on search button for invalid logs. Then click on the particular row in the table whose log we want to correct So how to correct that invalid punches? And where I will get information about the invalid punches? Ans: After processing logs user can generate “Exception report” in which he will get the details like on which date the particular employee has generated invalid trnasactions. So through LOG MANAGEMENT screen they can search the particular date and correct the logs for valid generation of reports.
25. In this screen click on new button on menu bar to add new log for the particular employee 41 In this screen enter new log for the employee. Select appropriate type, enter machine id and click on save button 42
26. After correcting the invalid punches user can reprocess the logs through process log screen and check for the reports 43 Visit next slide for detailed information of report
