I am the owner and CEO of designOMNI a registered design company in Shanghai

I was last positioned with a design development firm in Shanghai as a the design director/ senior architect
with the Grigorian Design Group. I am always interested in finding new and interesting means of acquiring
new skills as well as utilizing the years of experience in architecture to their best use.
I was employed on contract with the firm of Daniel Cusimano Architect Inc., in Toronto, and

The primary role of the Director of Architecture at the Grigorian Design Group is to coordinate the
design development of the department and to maintain consistency and quality control in design.
The firm is owned by George Grigorian who arrived in Shanghai 12 years ago from New York to be
involved with hotel interior design for the Jing Jiang Hotel Group, who respected and admired his
design expertise with The Donald Trump Hotels.
The firm is noted for quality architectural design in period styles that includes Victorian, Beaux Arts,
and French Chateaux styles for villa and hotel architecture.
The Director of Architecture position requires co-ordination with the Chinese designers in the office
who are knowledgeable in design issues related to building codes regulations and the intrinsic cultural
eastern design and experience.
Design presentations to clients are important to understand where refinements need to be
