The project objectives were to reduce the closing cycle from 20 to 5 days, standardize accounting practices, and provide improved reporting and analytics. Key steps included redesigning business processes, implementing Hyperion, and loading data from multiple general ledgers using Hyperion Application Link. The results were a faster close, more automated and detailed reporting, and improved financial controls.
