- After a lot of hard work we completed the database of touchpoints and ageing factors. Our final two challenges were to: Create a software engine that managed the database and enabled it to be used for client projects – this was implemented as a web tool hosted in the cloud. And an elegant way for auditors to capture data – this was implemented using an iPad app.
