3. First step: Preparation of wood.
-The wood were obtained from the forest,
and through the trucks, are transfered to
the cellulose.
-In the cellulose , the wood were debarked
and in the mechanical process logs are
ground into pulp.
4. Second step: Cooking and boiled.
-In the chemical process, wood chips are cooked
in a chemical solution and boiled until pulp remains.
-In less quantity are obtained some
recyclable chemicals.
5. Third step: Cleaning.
-After the pulp has been filtered, it is beaten.
Various filler materials (Chlorine dioxide,
Oxygen, Peroxide and Caustic soda) are added.
-The dry pulp was cleaned and it depends
of the type of paper that we want.
6. Fourth step: Pulp to paper.
-The pulp is fed or pumped into giant, automated
machines.
-The pulp is squeezed through a series of rollers,
while suction devices are suctioning water until
the pulp has been completely dry.
7. Fifth step: Finishing.
- Finally, the dried paper is wound onto large reels,
where it will be further processed depending on
its ultimate use.
- Then the paper is cut to the desired size.
