The most important benefit to HIIT cardio is that is does not take a lot of time to do it. You can
be done within 20 minutes like 2 or 3 times a week for amazing results. And it’s not as tedious
as normal cardio.
How to do HIIT:
We are going to use the treadmill as an example for this purpose. First thing you do is to get on
the treadmill. Than you will go as fast as you possible can for a minute and when the minute is
up you will slow down and simply walk for another minute.
Keep on alternating between running and walking for 1 minute each for about 20 minutes.
