2. B1 What is it and where is it located
• B1 is located mainly in tuna, sunflower seeds, navy and black beans etc.
• B1 helps maintain your energy supplies, and is needed for the coordination of nerves
and muscles.

3. What is B2 and where is it located
• B2 is found in deer meat(venison), yogurt, soybeans and milk, etc.
• B2 assists the body by putting up a defense around the cells from oxygen damage.
• Helps the body keep your supply of vitamin B

4. What happens when you have lack of b1
• Loss of appetite
• Feeling of weakness/numbness especially in the legs
• The muscles begin to become sensitive especially in the calf muscle.

5. What happens when you have a lack of b2
• Eyes feel very sensitive to light
• Cracks start to occur around the corners of the mouth
• The skin of the nose starts to peel as well as your body skin.

6. Interesting facts about b1 and b2
• If one takes a lot of high doses of vitamin b1 it is believed that it causes a chemical
reaction on the skin which creates a natural “shield” from biting insects such as
mosquitoes or tics.
• A interesting fact about B2 is also called riboflavin.
