Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for
refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and
explained their reason for return. As we don’t sell refurbished or
previously-owned items, any items you return must be unaltered,
undamaged, and in factory condition with all original tags and
packaging. Items showing alteration, damage or use cannot

unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for an
exchange or refund of the item’s price within 7 days of

Wigs with quality issues (including damage and poor quality)
are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your
order. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide
Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the
problem with the items. Returned wigs must be in brand-new
condition, unused and in original packaging.
2. Allergies:
Wigs that cause an allergic reaction after use are eligible for a
return within 7 days of receiving your order. When requesting
the return, please be ready to provide Customer Service with
medical proof of the allergic reaction (such as a doctor's note).
3. Wrong Item Shipped:
After confirming the style or color of wig sent to you is not what
you ordered, you will have the option of keeping the wig you
received or sending it back to exchange for the correct one

along with photographs showing the damaged packaging so that

Customized Sports/Outdoors items with no quality issues can be
returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs
must be paid by the customer and returned items must be in their
original condition, showing no sign of customization or wear.
