How to do an event Great:  - multiple channels  - up to date  - the right information  - MOST IMPORTANT     The event itself is great Could be better:  - website not up to date  - event is too PC  - no questions  - no feedback  - no personality
How to raise funds What’s expected:  - Sharing stories of     what funds do  - Getting an online     donation form  - When they donate,    they should be able to    share the news
How to start a conversation and keep it going Myths: You talk too much. Truth: You can’t talk too much.  It takes three touches for things to sink in.
How to start a conversation and keep it going Myths: When someone comments, don’t response back or make a comment.  Someone else will take care of it. Truth: 24/7 (within reason), you should be ready to comment or response.  This is customer service.
How to start a conversation and keep it going Myths: If someone says something bad, it will effect everyone. Truth: When someone says something bad, you should pay attention.  Response timely.  Then get it offline (or on email).  Only ban in an extreme case.  Ask me about my trick to get rid of problems.

Connect all social hubs together. Post a lot.
