- This is the screen that opens when you choose to create a new presentation.
- Before Smart Art.
- Smart Art can be a great way to help others visualize advance concepts using pre-designed diagrams that are customizable.
- The Smart Art allows you to add text, bullet points and pictures.
- The text can easily be added to editing pane. Once the text is added to the preview pane the Smart Art diagram will automatically adjust to the text.
- Hyperlinks are a great tool to use in PowerPoint to access websites, documents, and other PowerPoint presentations.
- Which one looks more appealing to the eye?
- To insert Pictures, select the Insert tab and then choose picture. Find the picture you want to insert and then press okay.
- To insert Clip Art, select the Insert tab and then choose Clip Art. Find the picture you want to insert and then press okay.
- The difference between royalty free pictures and Clip Art is that royalty free pictures look more professional than Clip Art.
- Snag It will allow you to perform screen captures easily on your computer and then edit the capture for an enhance effect. These captures can be saved as pictures or added to documents using quick key shortcuts (Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, etc.).Visit www.TechSmith.com for more information.
- Smaller screen captures are best performed by selecting a region to take the capture. An exact area will define the four borders of the capture using the left mouse button.
- Once the capture has been performed the Snag-It Capture Preview will open. Here you can make all of the revisions to the screen capture. The Paint Tools on the left will allow you to add text, highlights, draw arrows, etc. The Tasks on the right will change enhanced effects, size, and color.
- The edge effects is commonly used to add dimensions to a cropped image. Once an effect is chosen then the Tasks window will change to help edit the effect.
- Highlighting other areas is another way to add effects to a screen capture. This option is located on the Paint Tools.
- Drawing arrows is another way to add effects to a highlighted text. This option is located on the Paint Tools.
- A profile in Slide is very similar to other profiles that you have created previously. Use the Template in Appendix A to copy and paste information to save more time.
