Today, everything we buy from cars to computers to mobile phones is becoming
increasingly affordable thanks to the reduction in raw material costs, highly competitive
markets and advances in technology. However, there is a sector or area that is yet to catch
up with this trend in the real sense and it real estate Chennai. While developers around
the country seem to be moving in that direction to maintain healthy balance sheets into
recession, we have yet to see a real effort to reach the masses can only dream of buying a
