There are three word that come to mind when I think about organizations. Unique Interesting Creative The reason why there are reasons as to why I use these three word. Unique, each individual unique, comes with there own personality and experience. Nobody is truly the same. Interesting, things happen when you put all these individuals together with their own personalities let alone achieve a set of goals and objectives together. Creative, individuals and teams forming together bring or continuing to bring experience and pushing themselves to preform to achieve goals and objectives in when innovation happens. Talking points on bullets
When you read articles about successful people & organizations, you will hear a consistent message around how they are successful:They have meet there goals & objectives by:-Organizing successful teams and leverage strengthens and creativity. -Understand and know products from start to finish. -Have internal & external networks and leverage relationship to help meet their goals. When huge success happens is when it starts happing organically.
