1. The webinar provided an overview of how to conduct a job hazard assessment, including defining job tasks, identifying hazards, ranking risks, and identifying controls.
2. Key steps included creating a form with header, body, and footer sections; compiling a list of job tasks; categorizing biological, chemical, physical, and other hazards; measuring risk levels; and identifying engineering, administrative, and PPE controls.

The definition of the job should include the following information:
• Worker is required to preform specific task related to the

People, Equipment, Material, Environment, and Process

Definition of Job example:
“Worker will be required to perform tasks such as; communicating via
telephone, fax, email, and update social media mediums. Required to
interact with the workers, clients, customers, and other public.
Required to register sales, handle money, package merchandise and
be required to receive and ship material and mail. Worker will be
required to type and transcribe operating variety of office equipment.
Worker will be required to file, document, write, edit and be required to
perform accounting and bookkeeping, research, and interviewing and
other task. Worker may be ask to participated in
marketing, events, and promotion activities and coordination both
indoors and outdoors.”

Added assistive devices
Administrative Controls:

Limit access to work areas (related with aggression or violence in the workplace)
PPE:
