16. Morality is not the goal; honoring and pleasing God (godliness) is the goal. (Remember the Pharisees were very moral people). Whatever works- work; doesn’t mean it pleases God. Working for “A perfect marriage” is unbiblical. Even God’s perfect match failed. (Robin Hood was a hero doing a great job stealing from the rich to give to the poor; but he was still a thief)
