available block the number of the next
frequency level. So if the first frequency level is
133, if you using a Pentium 4 it is, then the next
frequency level would be 134, then 135, and so
on. For every upgrade to the frequency setting
restart the computer noting if the startup was
successful. If yes, then follow the same
instruction to raise the level again.
