Eat more fruits & Vegetables When you’re busy, it’s difficult to keep track of number  servings you eat what’s a ‘serving’ anyway? This week, buy some extra fruits and veggies
Eat more fruits & Vegetables Make sure to eat more fruits & veggeis  everyday  By the end of week you have to finish them If you are eating a 2,000 calorie diet Recommended daily serving amount (6-9)  It is equal to 2 cups of fruit and 2½ cups of vegetables — everyday!
