The very approach towards Knowledge or Education is
based on the Philosophy ‘The Chosen Few’. It implies that
Knowledge or Education is not meant for all, but for the
Chosen Few who can be selected by a filtering mechanism
because Knowledge or Education is very precious and
expensive and therefore not meant for all.
In most cases, men with religion or faith treat Knowledge
as the Gift or Grace of the Divine and as such it should not
be accessible or affordable to all; for the communists or the
materialists the chosen few is the intellectuals or party
leaders and the rest, ‘the working class’. As a result,
Knowledge or Education globally has deliberately be made
highly expensive and unaffordable or inaccessible or
unbeneficial to over 90% of the Humanity.

3. SUB-OPTIMALITY AND INEFFIEINCY
Education System and Delivery of Knowledge Products or
Services have been made inefficient and ineffective globally
for their sub-optimal operations and defective system
designing and above all the dangerous philosophy of
Knowledge or Education.
Consequently, under the existing approach or philosophy,
it is not possible to make Education or Knowledge
Accessible, Affordable and Beneficial to the entire
Humanity even after 200 years making investments in
terms of billions.
What is required is to formulate new or revolutionary
approach towards Knowledge or Education and Design the
New System of Delivery of Knowledge or Education
accessible, affordable and beneficial to all.

4. KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION
Education is basically a process of Consuming Knowledge and
Producing Knowledge. At the early stages, emphasis is given to
Knowledge Consumption and at the later stages, ‘Knowledge
Production’, including its use or application. The role of teachers
is helping students in formation, development and use of a set
concepts in the specified domains along with developing the
necessary communication skills.
Students must be equipped in the logical positioning of related
concepts and treating unrelated concepts separately so as to
mapping knowledge in a most beneficial way. Students must be
made aware of the structure, method and presentation or
communication of knowledge. Every student must be made
aware of the basic Human Values and treating the Entire
Humanity as a whole and a single entity.

5. PARADOXES AND HYPROCRACIES
Everybody in Education tells that Education is noble activity of
creating or molding useful and productive citizens for the nation or the
country or the religion. But in effect the existing system of education is
a corruptive mechanism for creating self-fish or self-centered
individuals loyal to a particular leader or country or religion or race or
culture or tribe without any universal or human values. Children are
taught to hate or to wage wars against ‘the others’ who are branded as
‘enemies’ or the most wretched or unwanted elements.
Though everybody claims that Education is a great service for the
humanity, it has been reduced into a pure business or commercial
activity to make profits. Under the existing education systems,
including the Knowledge management system, the most mismanaged
and underutilized wealth or resource is Knowledge. Humanity is using
less than 2% of the Knowledge that it has created so far.

6. UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY
The existing system of education has been designed or
made to deny the accessibility of Knowledge to over 90% of
the Humanity. Education has deliberately been made
unaffordable to over 95% of the Humanity. Quality and
beneficial education has been delivered to less than 1 or
2% who alone can be made competent to put knowledge
into practice or application. These problems have been
made aggravated with the introduction or application of
Information Technology in spite of the false claims made
by many.
The basis of the Humanity- centered Education is making
Knowledge Accessible, Affordable and Beneficial to the
entire Humanity and not limited to the ‘chosen few’.

7. KNOWLEDGE : A COMMODITY
TO CONSUME AND PRODUCE FOR ALL
It is high time to treat Knowledge as a commodity or
product to consume and produce by all without any
Divinity just like any other products or services. Though
Knowledge is intangible and its building blocs are
concepts, it can be categorized and measured in
quantitative and qualitative terms.
The universe of knowledge consists of hundreds of
Domains and thousands of sub-domains. The structure of
knowledge is non-linear and dynamic and there exists a
common structure for all Domains of Knowledge.

8. KNOWLEDGE IN DYAMIC FORM
Knowledge kept in books, libraries or computers are in
static form. Such a knowledge cannot induce or inspire or
motivate the masses, except a handful having accessibility
to it. Static knowledge becomes cumbersome and unusable
so that its beneficial effects are limited to insignificantly
small fraction of the humanity.
As and when static knowledge is consumed by a set of
scholars and re-represented or communicated to the
targeted audience or consumers, it becomes Dynamic.
Dynamic Knowledge is subjective that makes it pro-
active and motivating or empowering force or energy.

requirements of each user or consumer or learner on a
massive or global basis by the Live Knowledge Banks or
Corporations.
The Live Knowledge Banks or Corporations is a network or
a network of networks of the best Domain Knowledge
Scholars, Experts or Teachers supported by Knowledge
Engineers, Knowledge Managers and Knowledge Workers
or Technicians who deliver the Knowledge packages or
Products or Services by taking into account the needs and
caliber of the consumers in the specific Knowledge
Domain.

The services of the Mega Knowledge Banks or Corporations can
be extended globally by making use of the existing Information
Communication Networks, even to the remotest corners, at
different levels by using a different System and Methodology or
Technology that can be developed within a short span of time.
When Knowledge is processed and services or products are made
globally, that too millions of users with similar level and
requirements, it can be delivered at a very affordable cost in an
easily usable and accessible format.
Delivery centers can be set up locally, besides making the
existing Schools, Colleges and Universities as the Learner
Coordination and Service Delivery centers. Provisions can also
be incorporated to make learner assessment and awarding
performance report or even certificates by observing the newly
made international standard , criteria or quality.

AFFORDABILITY
The New System of Global Education or Knowledge Delivery
System is aimed at making Knowledge or Education accessible to
the entire Humanity at affordable cost at a most beneficial way.
It aims at the optimal use of the Knowledge by the entire
Humanity so as to empower each and everybody and thereby
attaining a ten fold increase in the use of the knowledge and
creation of new knowledge, including application of knowledge.
This will facilitate making every human task knowledge
intensive and an unimaginable economic, scientific,
technological, intellectual, aesthetic and spiritual advancements
of the Humanity. This is the New Revolution in Knowledge or
Education, quite different from all the failed reforms in
Education.

OPERATIONAL FOUNDATIONS.
The very Philosophy of the New Revolution in Knowledge
or Education is taking the Humanity as a whole or a single
entity without leaving anybody on any ground such as race,
tribe, religion, nationality; and making Knowledge
accessible, affordable and beneficial to each and every
member of the Humanity.
The Theoretical Foundation is based on Mathew’s Theory
