1. Aero-Turbine Vane and Blade Process
Large Centrifugal Machines can process vanes
and large turbine blades, new style HZ-330
machine can even process components longer
than 1000 mm
Small compact HZ-12 (12 liter capacity machine
can be used to process small blades and
components. Machine is transportable and can
be used for processing in different areas of the
plant.

2. Vane Processing in 160 and 220 CBF machines
Dividers would also be added to this
barrel so that each vane could be
processed separately in its own
compartment. CBF processes parts with
high force, enabling very smooth
finishes, and burnishing with non-
abrasive media can further improve
surface finish values and add beneficial
compressive stress to parts.
This type of processing has become an
industry standard and is used in deburr and
surface finishing operations for both aircraft
engine manufacturing as well as for processing
in OVERHAUL Centers.
