This refill kit requires a pre-existing ink cartridge to refill, some ink cartridges will no longer
function once the cartridges 'chip' reports that the cartridge is completely empty, even after they
have been refilled. We do not recommend using Jettec refill kits in combination with completely
empty cartridges.
