Re-branding
Heston Blumenthal—the chef behind the
Fat Duck at Bray—took on the challenge
to reinvent the-restaurant-that-time-forgot.
Praline updated Little Chef’s corporate
identity, and Ab Rogers Design created
the interiors experience.
