reach the 10,000bbl limit within 24
months
• The CUP allows us to operate our Tap
Room with an On-Premise Beer license
and continue to grow beyond 10,000bbls

• We opened in full-conformance at our current location in 2011
• New Parking Ordinance passed March 2012
• This new ordinance specifically addressed our type of use as a
specialty food manufacturer and split the parking requirements
between manufacturing and on-premise consumption.
• Under this new ordinance (required when a change of use takes
place) we would be required to have over 100 additional parking
spots
• We are today and always have operated within all existing
regulations, like many other businesses we became an allowed
non-conforming use with the new law.
• This CUP allows us to present a plan to become a conforming use
under the new law.
