Prior to postgraduate study I worked for a leading UK fragrance and cosmetics company developing
customer service, account management and negotiation skills. I have also studied PR and
communications techniques gaining an advanced certificate from the CIPR. I have a proven track record
of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving predefined objectives. I am highly
motivated and aim to applymy wide range of skills to the business and commercial sectors. This will mean
I can both achieve further personal development and at the same time make a long-term contribution to
any company I work for.
