2. Önsöz
Teknolojik ilerlemenin katkısıyla Elektronik Haberleşme Sektörü'nün ülkemiz için önemi artmaktadır. Bu
kapsamda Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu olarak 2009 yılından itibaren Türkiye Elektronik Haberleşme
Sektörü 3 Aylık Pazar Verileri Raporları yayımlanmaya başlanmıştır. Büyük bir ilgiyle karşılanan bu raporlar
Türkiye geneli hakkında bilgi sağlarken zaman içerisinde il ve bölge bazlı veri talepleri de ortaya çıkmıştır. Söz
konusu talepleri karşılamak amacıyla İl Bazında Elektronik Haberleşme İstatistikleri çalışması hazırlanmıştır.
Söz konusu dokümanın her yıl güncellenerek düzenli olarak yayımlanması planlanmaktadır.
İl Bazında Elektronik Haberleşme İstatistikleri, sabit ve mobil telefon ile genişbant internet olmak üzere temel
elektronik haberleşme sektörü göstergelerini son 6 yıllık zaman zarfında il bazında içermektedir. Söz konusu
çalışmanın bireysel araştırmacılarca, sektör oyuncularınca, elektronik haberleşme sektörüyle ilgili politika
belirleyen kamu kurum ve kuruluşları çalışanlarınca yararlı bulunulacağı düşünülmektedir.
Foreword
Due to technological progress, electronic communications sector becomes more important for Turkey. In
this context, Information and Communication Technologies Authority has started to publish Turkish
Electronic Communications Sector Quarterly Market Reports since 2009. Those reports that provide
information at country level have been followed with substantial interest across various segments of society.
Meantime, demands for regional statistics have aroused. In order to meet those demands, Electronic
Communications Statistics at Provincial Level have been prepared. The plan is that document will be
upgraded and published every year.
Electronic Communications Statistics at Provincial Level covers indicators about fixed and mobile telephony
as well as broadband internet at provincial level for last 6 years. It is hoped that this work will be useful for
individual researchers, actors from sector and public policy makers who deal with electronic
communications sector.

Aktif sabit analog telefon hat sayısının, ISDN ses kanalı dengi sayısının, sabit telsiz

Sabit, mobil, genişbant internet ve fiber kablo uzunluğu olarak; en fazla abone sayısına/fiber kablo uzunluğuna sahip ilk beş il sıralanmış olup, bu
illerdeki büyüklüklere göre aşağıda yer alan analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir:
"Türkiye Toplamına Göre Oranı": İllerdeki abone sayısının/fiber kablo uzunluğunun, Türkiye toplamı olarak ortaya çıkan büyüklüğe oranı.
"İl Penetrasyon Oranı": İllerdeki abone sayısının söz konusu ilin nüfusuna oranı.

4. Population Data shows population statistics of Turkish Statistical Agency.
Number of Fixed Telephony Access Lines
It includes number of active fixed analogue telephony access lines, voice channels
equivalent of ISDN lines , fixed wireless subscriptions, number of payphones and
number of VoIP subscriptions.
Santral Capacity of Fixed Telephony It shows total capacity of fixed telephone lines that can be handled.
Number of Payphones It shows number of active payphones.
Number of Mobile Telephony Subscriptions - Total It shows total number of mobile telephony subscriptions.
Number of Mobile Telephony Subscriptions - 2G It shows total number of 2G mobile telephony subscriptions.
Number of Mobile Telephony Subscriptions - 3G* It shows total number of 3G mobile telephony subscriptions.
Number of Broadband Subscriptions - Total It shows total number of broadband internet subscriptions.

For fixed telephony subscriptions, mobile telephony subscriptions, broadband internet subscriptions and the length of fiber, top 5 provinces are
ranked. Also, following ratios are calculated:
"Ratio of provincial amount to the country level amount": Provincial amounts of subscriptions/length of fiber are divided by country level equivalent
amounts of subscriptions/length of fiber.
"Penetration Rate at Provincial Level": Number of subscriptions at provincial level are divided by number of equivalent subscriptions at country level.
