Strategy  Lab  4:  Strategies  for  Collaboration  and  Change       4.1.  Consider  the  three  PathSinder  Projects  your  group  COULD  do  together  and  decide   which  one  of  them  your  group  SHOULD  do  together?  Note  them  below  and  rate  them   according  to  two  criteria.  The  Sirst  criterion  is  how  much  impact  the  project  could  have.   Five  (5)  is  high  impact,  and  One  (1)  is  low.  The  second  criterion  is  how  easy  it  would  be  to   implement.  Five  (5)  is  very  easy  and  (1)  is  difSicult.  (10  min)   ! ! 4.2.  For  the  PathSinder  Project  that  got  the  highest  total  score  (biggest  impact/easiest  to   implement)  come  up  with  three  characteristics  of  success  that  you  hope  will  describe  the   project  upon  completion.  Then  decide  how  you  could  measure  that  characteristic  of   success.  Use  the  space  below.  (10  min)   !       4.3.  Next,  decide  what  you  WILL  do  over  the  next  30  days  to  move  forward  on  your   PathSinder  Project.  Be  speciSic.  Each  person  in  the  group  should  take  on  at  least  one  action   step.  (10)   ! ! ! ! !
