Background / Main targets and objectives
• Bridging the gap between high-tech and people with learning disadvantages:
‚Weak‘ or ‚slow‘ learners (people with learning disadvantages)
shall be empowered to operate modern technologies in mechatronics /
car mechatronics.
• The INNOVET partners (BG, D, NL and TR) are developing, testing and
transferring innovative learning arrangements, media und materials.
• Training and support for teachers, trainers and instructors:
They are getting more sensibilised for ‚weak‘ and slow learners.
They receive pedagogical, methodological, didactical training and teaching aids
to give optimal support to the target groups in focus.
• Also learners with good learning pre-requisites get additional benefit
from the project outcomes (materials are also supporting to go more into depth,
they promote internal differentiation, including additional tasks and topics).

Our project philosophy
• The main focus is on action orientation, work-process related learning,
modern learning arrangements: Combination of guided learning phases,
self learning and media-based learning.
• Key principles:
‚Embedded learning‘, co-operation of learning sites and providers.
• Further development and improvement of VET concepts and contents,
learning media and materials and teaching aids
which are adopted to the specific needs of ‚slow‘ and ‚weak‘ learners.
• Adoptation, testing and transfer at the partners‘ learning centers,
in co-operating companies as well as in vocational schools and
in other training centers to be continuously updated and developed further.
• Background and main objectives in the partner countries:
D / NL: Focus on improvement and supplements in existing VET;
BG / TR: Ex. modules for modern professional profiles – NQF/EQF integration.
