OPERATIONS/ PROCESS IMPROVEMENT Increased clinic financial production 336% as a result of fiscal management and operations initiatives through the Six Sigma process improvement methodology.  Increased Account Receivables by 205% and Decreased Aged Balances by 26% via operations improvement initiatives. Implemented a new patient flow cycle that has decreased treatment delay by 62% and produced an annual increase of $250,000. Implemented dozens of forms and letters into our electronic medical record system, decreasing the time to complete them by 60% and saving $30,000 annually. Created a more effective, cost efficient and productive clinic by overseeing and directing all aspects of purchasing and inventory.
REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT Increased Account Receivables by 205% and decreased aged balances by 26% via operations improvements initiatives. Implemented a new patient flow cycle that has decreased treatment delay by 62% and produced an annual increase of $250,000. Led numerous fiscal management efforts to increase profitability including analysis of production, collections, and patient accounts receivable, review of clinic financial records; review of purchasing invoices and ledgers.  Optimized profitability per patient room by creating a Room Overhead Cost (ROC) and production tracking analysis system. Consistently forecasted and managed annual budgets for multi-million dollar operations to achieve targeted profitability.
BUDGET / COST MANAGEMENT Decreased spending by 10% by negotiating with suppliers and increased awareness of budget-conscious techniques. Achieved all operational and financial aspects of a multi-million dollar clinic budget. Budgeted, analyzed and forecasted federal and non-federal grant monies totaling $5 million annually. Decreased spending by 10% and increased awareness of budget-conscious techniques and negotiation skills with suppliers, while faced with a potentially large deficit and low state supported funds. Created a more effective, cost efficient and productive clinic by overseeing and directing all aspects of purchasing and inventory. Managed and monitored control ledgers to verify balances, and checked for proper item allocation of funds.  Optimized profitability by creating a production tracking analysis system. Created a more effective, cost efficient and productive clinic by overseeing and directing all aspects of purchasing and inventory. Served as committee member to create proposals on bids over $100,000.
MARKETING Developed new marketing strategy which increased sales by 12%. Help create new division of company that has increased the company’s brand equity by 35% in the Midwest region.
