Editing blog Layout and Settings
Before you get started, you may want to watch Screenr videos showing how editing is
done. Blogger looks have changed a little since I made the videos, but the basic ideas are
still valid.

Labels makes it possible to filter posts according to label. For instance, if the students
write a learning journal in the blog, you can ask them to label their entries with labels like
”plan”, ”reflection”, or ”3.1”, ”3.2” (assignment 3.1, 3.2) etc. This way it is easy to find just
the relevant posts, when it is time to assess the student’s work.
Followers gadget makes it easy to subscribe to students’ blogs, and add them to bloglist in
the course blog.
Bloglist is a convinient way to keep track of new updates. That is why I always add a
bloglist of student’s blogs to the course blog, and encourage students to follow updates
there, of even better, add a bloglist of their team mate’s blogs to their own blog.
