This recipe is for a Russian salad called "Olivier" which contains cooked sausages, green peas, eggs, carrots, potatoes, pickles mixed with mayonnaise. To make it, boil eggs for 7-10 minutes and potatoes and carrots for an hour until tender. Then peel and cube the ingredients and mix together with green peas and mayonnaise, seasoning with salt. The salad serves 8-10 people and takes 10 minutes preparation and 60 minutes cooking time.

1. Salad "Olivier"
Ingredients:
* 400 grams of cooked sausages
* 1 can of canned green peas
* 5 eggs
* 2 large carrots
* 3-4 medium potatoes
* 3-4 pickles
* 100 ml mayonnaise
* salt

2. How to cook:
1. Put the eggs in a pot of water and cook for 7-10 minutes.
2. Put the potatoes and carrots in salted water. Cook until
tender (about an hour).
3. Peel the eggs and vegetables.
4. Cut sausages, pickles, eggs, carrots and potatoes into cubes.
5. Add to salad green peas.
6. Mix salad with mayonnaise and salt.
