● Start by creating a
new event.
● Give your event a
name and description.
● Create some urgency
by setting a start &
end time.
● Choose an image that
best describes the
event.
● Add your terms and
conditions and set
your local currency.

8. Invite your customers
You can invite users to an
event in three ways:
● Invite existing
customers
● Invite customers via
an excel file import
● Adding and inviting a
new customer
You can also target specific
groups of customers you’ve
already created.

9. Buyer event experience
Buyers see all the events to
which they have been invited
to participate. On entering a
closeout event they can view
and search across the list of
products. Detail may include:
● Product description
● Quantity and pack size
● Days until expiry
● Stock count available
● Price
The fields are configurable by
the Seller.

10. Buyer order process
Buyers are able to select a
product and enter the
quantity of the product they
wish to order.
Once selected the product
and order quantity will be
added to their cart.

11. Buyer checkout process
Once a buyer has
completed the order
process they proceed to
checkout.
An order summary is
generated the buyer is able
to confirm the items on the
order, add a purchase order
number and confirm
address details.
A copy of the order is sent
to the buyer and to the
seller via email.

Sellers are able to see the
effectiveness of their email

A seller can also monitor
transactions and order value
during the event so that
pricing and stock volumes
can be adjusted on the fly.
