AT THE END OF THIS UNIT I CAN…..
 Describe my ambitions, dreams, achievements and challenges.
 Link the present and the past through the present perfect and two
points in the past through the past perfect and accurately use
continuous forms of these tenses.
 Use correctly the prepositions following a wide variety of verbs and
adjectives.
 Describe preferences about men and women doing certain activities.
 Talk about learning languages using a variety of expressions.
 Provide information about the school systems in the U.S. and the U.K.
and use a range of specific terms related to education and school.
 Give and understand information where there is ‘distance’ between the
speaker or writer and the statements by means of passive and other
structures.
 Understand most radio news headlines with a normal pace and accent.
 Follow an adventure TV show and understand a good deal of the
specific vocabulary.
