This site is designed to support students as they learn their way through the steps of the Research and Inquiry Process.
The primary content on this site is found in the section sub-titled “ Research @ Your Library.” In addition there is
everything you need to know about Books (including the archives for ESA Reads), Poetry (including the Poetry in Voice
National Contest), Toronto Public Library Resources, Writing Contests and Publications, and last, but not least, details
about how you can volunteer in the Library.

This site is designed to support classroom teachers. Major content areas include Academic Honesty Resources for
Teachers, Subject Based Curriculum Resources, and Children’s Mental Health Resources. A major focus of this blog will
be Educational Technology (EdTech). The intent is to facilitiate greater use of appropriate technology school-wide.

2. Web Based Classroom Resources Wiki (online resources for students)

This Wiki, hosted at PB Works, is designed to help students find academically acceptable online resources. This grew
out of two major weeding projects where lots of resources were removed from the shelves because the information may
be found quickly and easily on the internet. This Wiki is organised by subject area. Search by subject and see what
resources we're recommending. This site is definitely a work in progress.

This Wiki, hosted at Wikispaces, is designed to help students - and parents and staff - understand the basics of Digital
Literacy. Topics covered include Privacy and Digital Ethics, Research Skills (including Academic Honesty), Digital
Tools, Social Networking, and Cyberbullying and Safety. This site is also definitely a work in progress.
