Analyze your audience and understand their level of knowledge and expectations. Plan your talk to avoid wasting time. Practice your talk several times with a mock audience and understand the time allotted for your talk and questions. When creating slides, use large fonts over 24 points and space information out on slides with no more than 10 lines or 3 bullet points per slide. Include visuals, color, numbering, and references to show effort. Follow a formula of one slide per minute of talking. Remain enthusiastic and make eye contact with your audience.
