This document proposes that there is a common cause of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. It hypothesizes that the accumulation of beta-amyloid and alpha-synuclein proteins leads to the formation of a hybrid protein that alters neuronal activity and causes neurodegeneration. The study aims to create this hybrid protein in vitro, insert it into mice brains, and examine its effects through in vivo experimentation and comparison to control mice in order to better understand the link between the two diseases.

First I will make a molecular model to understand this proteins structure and function relationship. In vitro experimentation to create the hybrid protein and then insert this hybrid protein into the brains of live mice and make an in vivo experimentation to see its fisical and psicological effects in the mice and compare this effects with the control mice.
My control will be mice that have Alzheimer’s disease, mice that have Parkinson’s disease and healty mice that doesn’t have any link with this two diseases.Then I will make a post mortem examination of each of the mice brains by making a brain biopsy and use immunohistochemistry to look for the presence of β-amyloid and α-synuclein aggregates on each of the brains, so I can understand more clearly the effect of this hybrid protein in the brain.
