This presentation is an overview of the entire SAP process at GINManila2012. It is a guide for SAP workshop leaders, teacher mentors and student delegates. It may also function as a support for those participating in pyramid2012.

13. Stage 2 : In compass points:  Draw systems map on large sheet of paper  In the middle, put top 1 indicator and a behavior graph  Around, put causes and effects  Then link the causes and effects with arrows

19. Stage 4: Number each person from 1 to 5: NOTE! Number 1 should be the person who is most committed to carrying out the solution in their school/community. Group decides who this is. THIS WILL BE IMPORTANT LATER ON. Other numbers don ’t matter. NATURE 1 4

23. Stage 4: In whole group:  each group delivers a SALES PITCH  each person chooses the solution/idea they want to follow through with  Sales pitches will be videoed and posted on GIN site

25. Stage 5: In whole group:  In your SAP groups, discuss a way to keep in touch afterwards and update each other with progress on your respective projects and action plans  The “Number 1s” from before are invited to participate in Michael Furdyk’s SPROUT program
